In support of this policy, management accepts the responsibility for the elimination of all incidents, through the identification and removal of workplace hazards and the promotion of safety awareness among their employees and contractors.

At Colby Drilling we believe that Assessment and Training are an integral component of our Safety Programme. As such our employees are assessed using Drilling Industry Competency Standards and employees are trained in Safe Working at Heights, First Aid, Defensive Driving and Job Safety Analysis as well as general drilling tasks.
